Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We pay for standard USPS ground shipping for all orders over $50. Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1 to 5 days of order confirmation and payment verification.

Q:How will I know my order has been placed?

A: Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order acknowledgement email with your order number with the tracking number of 23 digits. Should you have not received this acknowledgement email please check your Spam folder if you do not receive this email in your Inbox. If you are unable to locate the email, there is likely an error with the email address we have on file.

A: Yes, we are able to ship all domestic orders.

A: We offer free USPS shipping on domestic orders with a subtotal of $50 or higher.

Q: May I return or exchange my purchase?

A: We want you to be pleased with your C&B Craft purchase, Therefore, all orders that we send from our warehouse are meticulously inspected. If you still receive a damaged or damaged package, we can make the change within the first 14 days after the date of receipt from www.cbcraftco.com; as long as the product has not been used and is the first time you request a change for that purchase. We do not accept returns.

Q: How do I request an exchange?

 A: To process your request, you must send an email to customerservice@cbcraftco.com with your original purchase receipt from www.cbcraftco.com, photo of the damaged product and your contact information so that we can contact you to coordinate the replacement.

Any used or FINAL SALE item cannot be returned or exchanged.
